KANOM KLUAY(Baked Banana Sweet)


Preparation

Ingredients

1 hand of banana
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 grated coconut
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2.5 inches diameter,
50 pieces KRA-THONGS (banana leaves vessels)

Preparations

1. Crush the bananas and mix together with coconut milk, rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, 1/2 cup grated coconut until the sugar is well blend.
2. Put the sweet into the KRA-THONGS, garnish each of them with the grated coconut.
3. Steam the sweet over the high heat. Remove from the heat when the sweet is cooked.
